Attendance at WASA evaluations is mandatory for placement on a WASA competitive team.  All tryouts are to be held at Sokol Park North.

Required equipment: cleats, shin guards, water, soccer ball

Required signed and completed forms to be turned in at evals: WASA registration form, Parent/ Player Standards of Behavior, medical release form (a notary will be present to notarize the medical release form).

New players should also bring a copy of their birth certificate as well copies of the front and back of their insurance cards.

No fees are due at the evaluation time.  WASA fees will be due in late June when the team registration takes place.  The WASA fees are currently being evaluated to determine how much they will be for the 2009 -2010 soccer season.
